New addition to Urban Dictionary - "Bluetooth Douche" (Can I say that?!)

Thought it was interesting because even before coming across this "urban dictionary term" I had often muttered those words to myself when I saw people wearing bluetooth earpieces.
Seems to have eclipses the belt-clipped wearing cellphone types in "douche-iness"
Thoughts? Is it "douche-ie" to e-brandoners? On the same level as, say, sweatpants?
