Pre paid cell phones

What is the best deal on pre paids this week .
Petro Canada has a basic Nokia at 30 bucks when you buy 25 bucks worth of air time. Some customer there said MTS has one for free when you buy 30 bucks worth of airtime./ He bought that today at the mts store in Winnipeg but I saw that same phone here at the mall on Sunday for 69 less the 30 credit so it was really 39. Plus I do not like the 30 day limit the time that Mts has.
7-11 as a bare bones phone for free if you buy a 100 bucks of air time but I do not like the phone and it would take me a long long time to use that 100.
any suggestions??
