After going to all three MTS providers in Brandon and receiving almost no customer service, plus the crappy phone selection, I decided to walk down to The Source in the Shoppers Mall and "check it out". Needless to say, i walked out of there very satisfied with an awesome new phone. Big thanks to Kyle for helping me. He was very pleasant and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. He showed me the different phones and explained the differences in them. He even let me play with his own personal phone so i could get a feel for it. That sold me! The "no contract" was another plus! Even when i had to call Virgin Mobile Customer Service, they were also VERY pleasant. I highly recommend Virgin to deal with. Excellent customer service! Also highly recommend Kyle at The Source. Bye Bye MTS!
