How to get MTS to give me a Warranty Replacement?
11/3/2015 at 11:42 AM
So for about a year I have been struggling with this lemon of a phone (Galaxy S5). It fails every day in one way or another, but never consistently. Whenever I speak to MTS about this, they tell me to do a backup-reset-restore. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it makes it worse. And every time it doesn't fully restore (like my iPhone used to).
Moral of the story, I can't get MTS to send it away for warranty replacement, because as far as they're concerned, they can't see anything wrong with it.
As of tomorrow my 1-year warranty will expire. I don't want to be stuck with this lemon for another year, let alone have to pay a termination fee and buy a new phone in a few months when this thing gives up on life completely.
Has anyone ever had this problem? Any advice?
