    My Samsung s5 crashed. I've since got an upgrade, but, of course didn't back up pwds...and did use cloud for another back up for pics, ect. I tried to borrow a friend's batterie to mirror pics over...didn't work...it's the cell, not batteries. I can't remember my info for cloud.and have tried to retrieve with no luck. MTS says I'm dooped .  
    Has anyone heard of a way to get any data ?

    Can you plug a USB cord into phone and PC? You phone driver may auto install if you have windows7 or higher. You may be able to access phone from "my computer" and then look to see in your list of hard drives if it's there.  
    ..OR...if you have downloaded Samsung Kies, you may be able to access files.  
    Depends if you have a hardware issue it may not be doable. Is there a MicroSD card in it?

    A SD card !! Might be hope. .. I don't have a pc or laptop..I could throw that into my friends s5 and mirror the data that way ??

    or put in someone's computer or laptop that has a mini SD port, then copy the info onto a USB drive , etc.  
     
    Your info may be on that card if you are lucky. Hopefully it's not stored on the phone's memory which you would have to copy somehow from there to the card. Good luck 2 u
