Does anyone know an easy way to print a thread of texts off an iphone? (other than screen shots)

I don't know 100% but I know you can plug it into a computer and access texts that way, maybe there's a way to print them from there?

There's a way, but it might not be what you wanted  
 
If you press down on a random text message a bubble will come up (copy/more...)  
Click on more and you can then select the messages you want to copy and it will automatically start a new conversation with those messages as the body.  
 
This is probably not exactly what you wanted, as in it's just the text and doesn't include contacts, but I thought I'd let you know anyways
