Amazon has them for cheap, as long as you order from Amazon.ca and not a third party seller, it will come within 3-5 business days usually. (I just ordered something on Tuesday and its here today)
You can also check the dollar stores, (dollarama, loonie twoons) I got my wallet case from loonie twoons for $4 and its holding up well.

Aliexpress.com has tons. You will wait 1-3 months for delivery, but worth it.
