from a conversation with a bell mts guy the other day it is being treated as 2 separate entities under one company umbrella ( bell).
bell does not offer the package that I have with mts, yet I can still get the same package with mts when i upgrade my phone. therefore 2 streams under one company.
but you will never know until you drop in to talk with a staffer.
