Buy a roll of freezer paper and do it yourself. Wrap your streaks. loins and whichever roasts you want. With the remainder see if your regular butcher will make your burger or sausage.
Been butchering our deer for years. We're fortunate to have our own meat grinder, so make our own sausage.
