Recently got this scam for a rental property. Poorly done and quite obvious but I feel like I should share. This is the fowling email of the scam.  
 
Scamer: Kindly let me know how many bedroom you need exactly area you want the house and the amount you will be able to afford every month so i can see if my house will be OK for you.  
 
My response: Would like a 2 or 3 bedroom house any area is ok not really a bad area in brandon. And we were looking for anything under or around 1000 a month  
 
Scamers response: God bless you for your interest about my house. The is still available for rent. I am renting this house to a responsible and neat person or family who has the fear of God and treat my house as his or her own. Presently Myself and my wife have moved out of the house due to our Missionary work transfer to Norman Oklahoma USA and will be away for 6 years or more and this is why we are actually renting it out so if you are interested and will take good care of our house then we will be ready to accept you as our future tenant and family friend. Note you can only drive by the house and take a good look at it cos we have the home keys and the document down here with us. If you really impress me by taking good care of our house then you will be allowed to stay as long as you wish okay.
