305-224-1726 is what shows up on the call display. The area code makes it a Florida number. It says it is Revenue Canada, and charges have been filed against them for fraudulent tax claims being filed. They are supposed to call back to a number to resolve this immeadiately.
Yah right!!!
They are a MTS land line . How do I go about helping them, have this number blocked? It might not be the only number this will happen with, but obviously it has brought them to frustration and tears. If I can offer them some help and relief, I would greatly appreciate it. " |

I had the same number four or five times a day. I called MTS and asked what I could do. I knew it was not their problem, but wanted some kind of answer. They told me to make sure I am on the do not call list - you can register your neighbor on the internet, although I was on that list and it obviously didn''t help.
Then the MTS representative told me to answer the phone when it is that number hang up and dial *___, this is where I threw the paper out that I had it written on. Anyway, when you dial *__, it goes to the police for their registry. I did that and they have not called back. I want to say *57, but really can''t remember.
They are a "pinger" number and you can't block them.
