Does anyone where in Brandon I can get CBD tincture oil?

How knowledgeable are staff at the cannibas stores? I am looking for something to help with sleeping at night but won't make me groggy and braindead at work the next day. Also, I read that some increase your appetite - I definitely don't want that.

Hate to say it but everyone reacts differently. Luckily if you go to delta they have small vials of oil and the price is fairly inexpensive considering. I would try a mid thc model with some cbd as well or go high cbd and low thc. Both cannabinoids can help with sleep.

Is there any that contain no thc? I have no experience with this whatsoever and I have been curious to try but have a very strict workplace drug policy and dont want to risk potentially losing a job over curiosity!

There should be one with less than a percent of thc or thc free.

There is a pure CBD one there that is great for sleep. The staff are also pretty knowledgable at Delta 9.

A family doctor can order it for you. Where I live, they order it from a medical cannabis company and it gets mailed to the clinic or your home

If your workplace has a strict policy you will have to tell them when you start taking CBD or THC.

Don’t tell your management anything like that !! They don’t have the right to know, that is your own personal info. And could be setting yourself up for trouble. Now that’s not to say you can’t ask your workplace manager or HR about the policy now that it has been legalized.

Are CBD effects cumulative or is it something that works when you use it?  
 
I have terrible sleep patterns and chronic migraines, along with frequent IBS outbreaks. I have read opinions that CBD should help all of those things - but I am wondering it it is the kind of thing that you take some when you need it for quick effect or if you have to take it every night to see benefits.  
 
And at that rate, if I am going to take it in the evening for sleep/headache prevention, would I benefit from a low THC dose as well?  
 
With so many different opinions and even more variations of ratios and strengths out there, I find it is very hard to get reliable intel. it's one of those things real world experience would help.

I take mine at bedtime to help me sleep with my arthritis. The 1st night I take it I sleep well... then I take it for a week at bedtime. This helps me sleep for that week and into the next two to three weeks. When it starts to wear off in a few weeks I take it for another week and start the process over again.

My workplace had a guy taking cbd, which made him drowsy. He operated a forklift and ended causing an accident due to the fatigue. He was suppose to say when he started taking it because you can't operate heavy machinery under the influence. Cause a huge legal issue. So it depends on your job.  
 
I get if youre doing it for recreational purposes that you wouldnt want them to know, but for medical reasons you really should inform your employer.

I did say go and talk to HR since it won’t likely be prescribed. Than there is no out right admitting of anything, they can get information first and make an informed decision.

The first night that I tried using cbd oil for sleep, I was wide awake and could’ve gotten up to do something. Once I finally got to sleep at 2am, I slept for 3 hours. That’s it.  
Second night, fell asleep faster, but still got only 4 hours of sleep, although I felt refreshed the next day.  
 
I did some looking into it and it is suggested that you may need a higher dose for sleep, 25mg +.  
 
So I would check with your doctor or staff at the store to see what dosage may work for you.
