I assume that you do not have the tools and strapping. Most waste recycling plants would have these items in order to strap waste plastic etc.
You could also try lumber yards where the lifts need to be strapped to be moved. I know Stella Jones in Neepawa has such equipment, sure places like Home Depot or Windsor Plywood also would probably have them.
