I'd like to donate food to someone who needs it (preferably to someone who is unable to work or is truly struggling to make ends meet) as we clean out the freezers to make room for this year's produce. I know there are lots of green beans, because we just don't eat many. There may be other veggies as well.  
 
I would prefer donating directly to someone to use, considering the high price of food, rather than give it to the animals. The food would be kept in coolers. If nobody claims it, it will just go to the animals.  
 
We'll be going through the freezers today. We are approximately 45 min. from Brandon. You'd have to pm me to get directions.

What a wonderful gesture.!!  
However, With the cost of gas, I’m not sure it would be worth it to drive 45 min for frozen green beans. Also, someone in need may not have a car to drive 45 out of town. Just my2 cents

Please donate to Wayne at the Meadowlark Campground via dropoff at the campground office.

By the time we are done, there may be more. I just know at this point there are certainly green beans in there and that's why I specifically mentioned those.  
 
EBrandon covers more than just Brandon, so that's why I put this out there. We are in the Kenton area.  
 
We aren't going into the city any time soon, but if someone wants them, they can contact me through my ad and hopefully something can be arranged. It has to be pick up only.  
 
I figured it was worth putting this out there rather than just tossing them to the animals without a thought otherwise.

We didn't get very far today. Our main clean out will be tomorrow (Monday), so pick up would have to be tomorrow evening.  
 
I honestly don't know how much we will have, but if someone is interested in any of the veggies, I will have a list of what is available.
