Wedding Decorations

My friend is having her wedding this year and her colors are Chocolate Brown and Tiffany Blue, Does anyone out there know where one can buy decorations in these colors seems like we have been looking everywhere and can't find any. Chocolate brown is an easy color to find but tiffany blue is so hard.
