Washer Dryer Hook Up

My brand new unit is now 3 months old. I have been waiting on contractors, calling once a week, being very pleasent and understanding. But, they keep not showing up, not even a call when they can't come. I hate taking time off work. My house has no current hook up, so will need electrical, plumbing and vent hole.
If anyone has any suggestions of an experienced contractor, please post or PM me.
Five years of going to the laundy mat and saving to buy my new HE washer and new dryer. Please help, as my warrenty will be up before I even get to use them. LOL
