Do you want your penny(ies)?

I'm just wondering if any of you have experienced this in Brandon.
Yesterday I went through a fast tood drive thru and my bill was $2.23. I gave her $2.25 and she asked me if I wanted my two pennies back. This has happened to me at other places as well. What a great money making scheme to scam the consumer out of money without even really thinking about it. Those pennies can really add up if they are getting them from a ton of consumers.
What are your thoughts?
