Buying on ebrandon

First let me just say that Adam has done a great job supplying the venue for people to buy and sell in Brandon for free. I am a frequent buyer and seller on ebrandon, and I have noticed the lack of integrity from a lot of sellers. On multiple occasions I have contacted the seller, negotiated a price and arrange a time to find the seller has sold the item before I got to pick it up. Not to say that there aren't great sellers out there. I would like to think that I am one.
I am wondering if it would be a good idea to have the sellers rated, similar to ebay.
