I've never gotten anyone else's bag, but twice I had a bag picked up by someone else. Neither time were my items returned. Once was at Stan's, and I had bought a good chunk of groceries, but one bag was missing when I got home. I went through the receipt to see what was missing, called Stan's, and they replaced the missing items without question! Boy I miss Stan's
