Would anyone happen to know where in Brandon I could take jewelry that has been appraised? : ) I realize I might not get the full amount of what it's worth, but it would be worth a try. : ) thanks in advance for an info...  

I would imagine that you can take it to any of the pawn shops but expect to take a huge loss on it. I've never heard any anyone in town that specifically buys used jewelry. There is that cash for gold company that comes to town two or three times a year(?) but I have no idea what their rates are like.

if its something of substantial value.... i would go to reesers.  
I think they are the only ones who do real appraisals.

Very poor time to sell any precious metals.

There is no Jewelry Consignment store in Brandon, MB. However, larger city centres (Toronto etc.) have such stores. You may find something similar in Winnipeg, may be worth investigating.  
 
Money Mart will buy gold (they test the Jewelry in store) and you can have cash back. Take any stones out prior to selling the gold to Money Mart. There is a few pawn shops in Brandon, may be worth taking your jewelry there.

I took mine to the store across the mall. Was done in 2 days, paid $80 @ Reecors. (Sorry if spelled incorrectly) I know Charm does, it cost $120 and can take a few days.
