    You can buy raw Chorizo sausage in bulk (without casing) or with casing (sausages) from Tendercuts.

    ive seen it at most grocery stores but i find it way to spicy so imo i would use any sausage you like and your recipe will be fine

    It's on 10th street, across from Hydro. My husband is from North Mexico, and it's the same chorizo from his home town. It's raw, very strong flavour. This store has very nice owners whom will be happy to tell you all about the stuff they have.
