I am looking for toddler water wings (to fit an approximately 25lb toddler), but can't seem to find them. I've looked in the store and online at Wal-mart and Canadian Tire, but unless I'm looking in the wrong place, I can't find them.  
 
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Again not 100% sure what meets what you're looking for but I see Dollarama on 18th has water wings..

Adam's suggestion of Dollarama is probably going to be your best, possibly your only, option. When I was looking for water wings a couple of winters ago, I found that it was too early for stores such as Canadian Tire and Walmart who generally stock these with their summer sand and water toys and pool items. I purchased several pairs at the dollar store, just in case the less expensive ones didn't last as long and they were good; grandkids still used them this past summer.
