    Greetings all,  
     
    I'm from out of town but remember some time ago a discussion about children's carts in the mall when target was near closing.  
     
    Just wondering if there are still children's carts at customer service and if so, is there a deposit that you put down and then get back when returning the cart?

    There are children carts at customer service. You fill out a form and give them your drivers license. They give it back to you when you return the cart.

    They have become really strict about children heights to use these carts. My 4 year old is too tall so we can't use them anymore.

    My four year old is fairly tall so he likely wouldn't be allowed. Thank you for the tip.
