Service That Picks up Packages Shipped to Bottineau And Brings Them To Brandon?

There are a few services like this in Winnipeg, and I'm wondering if there is anyone in the Brandon area doing such? We receive a lot of shipments from the states and the shipping rates seem to jump by the week, not to mention the constant headaches and UPS gouging you with their "brokerage" fee.
