Does anyone know where I might find these candles?

You have to order them online.

I'm pretty sure there is a store in the mall that sells candles similar to Charmed Aroma just a different brand but same idea. Burn the candle, pull out the tinfoil, unwrap it to get to the ring, go to the website and enter the code to appraise the ring. I got one for Christmas.  
 
Aside from the actual charmed aroma site there is also the PearlBathBombs site. They are sold in USD but they don't just do bath bombs. They have soap and candles too.

Your correct. The store is Showcase, and they Brand is Hidden Gems. Comes in 7 or 8 scents.

I think a lot of people have a huge misconception when it comes to these items. Most people automatically assume they are going to get a ring a really fancy ring with a high value right off the hop.  
 
I can say for certain, you get a "fashion ring" out of the pearl bath bombs, go to the website to redeem the code and your code either generates you points, or if you are lucky enough the code you redeem may get you a ring valued worth something more.  
 
The rings you get from Showcase, the website clearly states it could be as cheap as a $10 ring value.  
 
I have never gotten Charmed aroma, but again I have heard similar situations where the ring they got looked like something out of a gumball machine and then others have said they received something a little nicer.  
 
Some people just need to lower their expectations when it comes to these items.  
 
I will try to post a picture of the rings I received from my pearl bath bombs just to show an example as well as what I got from a candle from Showcase.

I guess you expect because the rings can be valued at thousands of dollars, that means you will always get one. They can be also valued as little as (as another poster put) $10. And if you get a $10 one, it is going to look like it. How do you expect a company to stay in business selling items for less than $50, and giving items worth thousands every time? No idea what the odds are, but with ALL companies that do this, the odds are much greater getting cheap rings than expensive rings. Otherwise, nobody would do this.
