Child support advice

need help . does anyone know what i can do if child support has come to a stand still . It is a court order through maintance . garnashing is said to be happining thruogh the met line . it has been 4 bye 3months . still nothing . can i not have this man arrested. please anyone having any advice i could sure use it . i am at my witts end with this dead beat man. the amount is quite large and growing. he is breaking a court order help.
