where to find knobs for headboard?

So I bought this headboard second hand, beautiful metal thing. Problem is, it is missing 1 metal knob that screws onto the top. I would need to buy 2 of them to make them match, but I'm not even sure what this piece is called, nor where I can buy one (excuse my lack of "handyman" knowledge lol). Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks a million

The piece is called a finial. I am wondering if a curtain rod finial would work. You may have to adapt it to make it fit, but might be the answer to your problem. Fabricland might have something that would work.
