Re-paving a driveway

We need to re- do our driveway.Has anyone had their driveway done recently.Who did you get? Were you happy with the work ?

we had Profile Paving done on a huge driveway about 15 years ago and we were not impressed either so unless they gained better knowledge and experience you are stuck between zenith or profile. Go with the cheapest if both aren't better for doing a good job.

Concrete

I have a concrete driveway that is structurally solid, no heaves or major cracking , but he top is wearing off. ( i think they over worked it when they finished it). I really hate to tear up the driveway( its two cars wide). Is it possible to put a lift of asphalt over top of the concrete?

We had Zenith do our driveway about 5 or 6 years ago. It has weathered well with no cracks. They do really good work and this is the time to call them as they are looking for piecemeal work early in the season before the big projects begin.

New asphalt can be applied on top of old asphalt and/or cement. The old surface is covered with a bonding tar which provides a good surface for adhesion of the new asphalt.

I have a Gravel Driveway, want to either finish it with asphalt or concrete.

What would you do?
