Looking for a painter?

Hello people I was wondering if anyone knew of a painter looking for work, experience is a must and willing to go as much as 20/hr , need a fence painted asap and having a hard time finding someone who isn't booked up solid. If someone can point me in the right direction it be greatly appreciated thanks again
