Yes, it is.
I had problems with the purchase of my Dyson.
rude, the price guarantee, would not let me return, etc.
I contacted Dyson and told them about this business and the way they sell their Dyson product and the frustration I had with them. There were a few other issues, but I loved the vacuum.
Dyson sent me a $299 free stic vac for my trouble.
