At all faucets?

Just a suggestion, but are you experiencing low pressure in all locations.... sinks, showers, toilets, etc? If so, then likely a problem with the service coming in. If only at a few spots, I would suggest that you check the aerators to clean them of any sediment that may be partially blocking them. Shower heads have strainer/aerators too. If the city has done work on any mains in the area, there's a good chance that sediment in the lines has made its way into your house.
