Replace shylight.

I am looking at replacing the existing skylight this coming spring. I've tried for the last year on finding a contractor who would be willing to do this job, but have had no return calls. Ebrandonites could you help out with some recommendations?

Maybe try Eno’s renovations from Wawanesa.
I might be interested in your old skylight.

I might be interested in your old skylight. Thank you for this info. The skylight that is going to be replaced is 4×4 foot it's still in good shape, bubble style, hard plastic. In my option it's not energy efficient, but if you had a work shop and wanted more light, perfect fit. I'd just give to you.

Have wanted a skylight for putting over early spring garden vegetables when frost is possible.

at finding someone to repair skylights. We had Horizon Builders come and do ours a few years ago but it still leaked. Ended up doing it ourselves and, haven't had a problem since.

There isn't a skylight out there that is energy efficient. In fact, the energy code limits the amount of roof space you can use for skylights for that very reason.
