Garage door opener

We need to replace our opener for our shop door. The door is 4 panel insulated door 9' high x 11' wide. We had a Liftmasteropener that has been a piece of junk from day 1. Now it has completely quit working. It was a jackshaft wall mount. Looking for suggestions as to what to replace it with. What size motor do we need, belt/chain drive. Where in the Brandon area would we find an opener that would be capable of handling this door. Thanks for any advice.
