RTM questions!

Considering buying a RTM around 1200 square feet. (Quoted around 125k for what I’m wanting) looking for info on my additional costs from people who have personally gone through everything from buying -set up. I have a budget for land that will accept an RTM. More looking at costs of hock up if unserviced (serviced to the property line) cost of connecting to hydro lines, sewage etc. I have done a lot of online research but hard to find quotes for manitoba. Also interested in rough cost of a basement (1200sft) vs a slab. Any additional info/tips/recommendations would be appreciated! Thanks!
