Bathroom refresh

I have a small bathroom not much light the walls white 7 & sky blue, floor is white I'm ok with that so thinking of something to brighten it up thinking of bright accessories like bright yellow shower curtain , mats , towels .etc . do those colors mix well ? Also tight budget .
