Save the money you would spend to pay someone and do some simple research to do it yourself. Aerate the lawn. Scratch up the bald spots. Hand sprinkle a little seed. Sprinkle a bit of black dirt over it. Sprinkle a thin layer of peat moss over it. Water. Seed has to stay wet for three days to germinate. You don't have to drown it just keep it damp.
