I called and crew from call before dig supposed to come next week . In the other hand I have seeded some grass in my yard last week and I do not want them to be disturbed much.  
Should I be worry about the grass and call them to postpone their schedule? Or they usually do not disturb the ground much either by walking or using their equipments.  
Dig will be for fencing if that makes and difference.

There's a few possibilities  
 
Where you live  
 
Are your services fed from a pole or underground?  
 
If you have a lines coming overhead to your house the only service that you will need located is the gas line. Hydro will need to walk on your property including your grass to locate the line. The locator they use won't effect your seed. But they will need to walk on your grass. It's typically a pretty straight line so they won't be wondering all over the place. Most often all utilities will use spray paint to mark their lines but you can request they use flags which will obviously have less effect on your lawn. We're getting right onto the busy season for locates because everyone is building fences and decks if your locate is scheduled for next week and you want to get started soon I say keep the appointment.  
 
If your services are fed underground you'll have 4 located  
 
Hydro line  
Gas line  
Westman cable  
BELL MTS  
 
obviously a lot more traffic on your lawn but often bell and Westman are in a common trench so if one is located the other is typically right along side it.  
 
I wouldn't worry too much about it effecting your grass
