I need a chimney removed

Anyone know of a contractor that would remove a chimney and removal of the debris and how much it might cost? It's a low house and has a low slope roof. I live about a half hour drive south of Brandon.
Edit: I just need enough removed so it can be plywood and shingled. The rest below the hole can stay.
