Any ideas or someone to contact regarding this? Our garage isn't heated and the concrete floor is extremely slick when the slightest bit of snow or cold hits it. Any ideas to make this less slippery? Is there some way to scuff it or have an anti slip coating added? Not interested in mats or temporary solutions, want this to be a permanent fix. Thanks!

You can by an anislip aditive for paint which works great. Did mine last summer and made a big difference , available from Home depot.

professionals will add silica sand to a concrete sealer or paint and roll it on, this cant be done till your floor is warmed up but this will give a rougher finish that should prevent you from slipping on it. There is no reason you can do this yourself, ensure you clean your concrete surface then clean it again to ensure you didnt miss a spot.

Try laying some cheap carpet runners on the floor for now until you can find a permanent fix when it is warmer out.
