    How to get a spot weld done (dinette set)

    Needing a weld fix on a couple of chairs. I still like this set because its solid. Who can I take these chairs to ?

    Trans Canada bearing and machine, Virden.  
    That is a seam weld not a spot weld.

    Before driving all the way to virden I would take it to any of the welding shops in town, the couple I've used before would be millco and morning star metals, but there are a few others as well

    I would take them to Morningstar. Remove the upholstered parts first.
