I’m looking at replacing the existing brown trim that surrounds all the exterior windows on my house. I’m assuming they are called trim, unless there’s a correct name for them. I’ve been to a few places in Brandon but they haven’t seen anything like it before. I’ve also been searching online but can’t find anything either. They’re long brown strips that slide into a groove which surround my windows. Does anyone else on here have something like this and does anyone have an idea where to buy them? I want to remove the old brown colour which is fading and change to white if possible.

I would just paint. Clean the trim real good, mask off /protect the stucco and other areas of the window. to prevent overspray. Use a good quality can spray paint compatible for the material . Way cheaper and will look great!!

We had some that went missing during work on our home and the glaziers ordered new lengths for us .

From picture this looks like an older Huron window that brown molding slips out of window and can be replaced with desired color if extrusion is still available. You may be able to identify window by looking at spacer between glass as they are most times stamped or a sticker is affixed there with date of manufacture and company name.

I would contact Keystone Glass here in Brandon. I don't know for sure if they can help you, but they were able to order replacement parts for my windows that I could not get anywhere else.  
The awesome people at Keystone searched until they could find the right parts for my windows. The correct parts, not something "similar."  
 
The awesome people at Rona recommended Keystone Glass when Rona couldn't get the parts.
