    Condos behind shoppers mall

    Looking at a condo behind shoppers mall. One thing I noticed is that this condo has no lines hooked up for personnal washer n dryer in the condo unit itself? Does anyone know if its possible to be done and who would I contact to do the work? Do you? Or anyone you know live or. Have lived there and how did they/ or you go about getting it done? Thanks in advance

    but if there is no washer/dryer in your "condo" isn't that considered to be an apartment?  
    Or is that just a sneaky way to pay condo prices?

    I've been in condos that have shared laundry facilities. It just depends on the amemities I think and are reflected in the price.  
     
    Condos, or stratas as they are known in some places, is a type of ownership scheme without necessarily denoting what features they have.
