Hello I’m fed up not having a dishwasher lol I’m going to order one tonight. Who should I get to install. There is a enpty space where old dishwasher was So it would be a matter of electrical and plumbing. And also wondering approx cost for this service

Usually the store that you buy the dishwasher from would install it upon delivery.

Can probably help you out! They just did one for us recently. Depending on the job it could be approximately $250

Stores won’t do them anymore Liability issues they tell your get a plumber or electrician to install them

Is that specific to dishwashers only or all appliances? Kulbergs delivered and installed our new washing machine in August without issue.

Not 100% as my dad just got a dishwasher from a store and they told him they don’t have insurance coverage to install . So he hired a plumber to install it

Although usually a simple job make sure your own insuance is up to date regardless of the Plumbing comapnies situation. A family member had a local plumber(well advertized one) flood their house 2 times and would not pay for the damage. They had to make 2 claims on their own insurance which increased their premium and deductables. Their insurance company then had to sue the Plumbing company and the plumbers insuance company to recoop what they could. If they had no insurance they would have been left with more than $20 thousand in damages because the Plumbing company would not pay for the damage they did.  
Doesn't seem right but that is what happened.
