I was hoping to get some recommendations. My inlaws live out in the country just west of Brandon and need the discharge hose on their septic field repaired. The individual they used previously no longer does that type of work. Anyone know who there is who does so?

have a word with whoever they get to pump out their tank system.  
Is the discharge a hose that merely discharges from the pump onto the ground or an actual discharge pipe that fits within a second pipe? The latter you could probably purchase in Home Depot or similar.  
If it is a buried field with multiple trenches then you will need a certified installer.  
Perhaps a more specific description of the problem would enable a better answer.
