Pool Fill-Wastewater

Soon to fill an above ground pool (24ft round). Will the city deduct wastewater charge for filling it if I give them a meter reading before and after filling?

Pools don't get drained into the sewer. Why would they not.

This would mean that everyone shouldn’t get charged for watering their grass or gardens!!

Your best bet is to call someone like well on wheels and have them deliver water with tanker truck so no waste water charge and pool will be filled in minutes not hour.

I just filled my 21" by my own hose, as I tried to call well on wheels and could not get anyone to call me back. so after finding old forums on here, the feed back was that it was cheaper to just take the hit on your house water bill. it took 24 hrs to fill, but its full....
