I had CHIC coating put on my stucco a couple of years ago. Its awesome stuff. It's not a paint but a rubber or silicone based coating. Pick your color just like paint. Has a lifetime waranty and doesn't peel like paint will. Worth checking out and if you have a few places lined up close by they will take that into consideration.
