So I have decided NOT to go with a Manitoba Hydro Power Smart Loan for my windows because I just don't want to owe more money considering I have only had my mortgage a year.  
 
How difficult is it to install your own windows?  
 
I only ave 6 windows. 1 picture window, 1 dining room window, 3 bedroom windows, and a tiny window in the downstairs bathroom.  
 
I have the dining room window already. It was supposed to have been put in as a condition of me buying the house. It wasn't. And being so excited to have gotten the house, I didn't get it in writing from the Realtor and he didn't do it as promised. I want to put in the dining room window and purchase and install a picture window right now. Is it something I could do myself?  
 
If not, does anyone know someone that installs windows for a reasonable price? The cheapest I could find was 350.00 a window.
