fixing a ceiling mobile home

My son owns a fairley old mobile home with a steel roof. Problem being that when it turns cold over night frost buildup on the inside and when it 's nice the next day water droplets drip through the insulation and have bowed the ceiling in the bathroom. There used to be insulation glued onto the inside of the roof but has come off. What suggestions can be made about what to put on the inside of the roof. What insulation can be if possible glued back onto to the inside of roof.
