Clear coat on car ,one spot has dull area help.

I had a car sticker on the rear of my car around the trunk. I took it off with a heat gun, easy,then there was the residual little glops of glue so I took some warm water and rubbing alcohol and began to rub it off. Now , where the sticker was there is a spot on my car that is dull as I think I took the clearcoat off in that spot in the process. Any suggestiojns or advice Please and thank-you all whom may respond.
