what to people want? A home they can just move into or one that they can make changes to? The reason I'm asking is we'll be selling our home and wondering how much money to put into it before selling. The only things that need to be done are updating flooring, countertops etc. But would a new buyer rather do that themselves, or prefer it done when they move in? I'd hate to spend the money doing the updates ourselves and then have them ripped out because the new owners whated something different!
